If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be reduced by a return fee equal to 50% of the purchase price, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Before returning an item, please contact Customer Service at 888.991.1559 to receive a return material authorization (RMA) number, and include the RMA in the package. We'll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item being shipped to you. If your order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, then you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 50% return fee.
We take care to pack items to arrive safely, although they are susceptible to damage during transit. It is important that you inspect the purchase upon arrival. If any damage has occurred, you may claim replacement parts in your account order history.
We do our best to keep all products in stock and ready to ship. In the event that a product is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar style and equivalent value and quality (depending on availability). EasyGarage also retains the right to make changes in product specifications and materials at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to change and discontinue colors, styles, and products at any time without notice to you. Discontinued colors, styles, and products will be honored by replacing them with comparable products available in the offering in the event of a claim.
EasyGarage will replace any damaged or missing elements of your project, but only within 90 days from date of delivery with no cost to you. We do require that you submit a photo of any damaged items in order to fulfill your request. Beyond that 90-day limit the customer is responsible for all replacement and shipping charges. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we understand how unforeseeable circumstances may delay your installation. Note that expeditated shipping is not available for any orders or replacements.
